Rebecca Taylor

Rebecca Taylor

Ms. Taylor brings 25 years of successful business, technology strategy and collaborative venture experience to the team. She advises clients on technology strategy, investment, product design methods and patent portfolio monetization. Her clients have included startups as well as large corporations.

AMD

Becky ran software development and partnering programs for a newly formed low power processor division of AMD. She lead the restructuring of both internal and external team relationships and business links, bringing new levels of productivity via re-use, formal methods, and more effective teaming arrangements with software partners.

Inventor/Patent Owner

Becky holds patents in the field of mobile device communications, and served on the Bluetooth SIG as a software expert and speaker. She has successfully sold and licensed patents in multiple industries, and advises clients on patent portfolio management.

President Terrace Mountain

As President of Terrace Mountain Systems, a consultancy she founded in 1991 and ran until 2003, she provided systems design, strategy, investment and organizational advice to clients including Motorola, IBM, Los Alamos National Labs, the United Nations, Exxon-Mobil, and numerous venture capital funds.

Board Service

Ms. Taylor serves on the Advisory Council to NaturallyCurly.com, a consumer products startup company located in Austin, Texas, and advises other startups on funding and strategy alternatives.

Richard_Deininger

Richard Deininger

Richard brings 50 years of successful executive management experience to the semiconductor manufacturing, equipment and systems industries. Richard is an independent director on the board of Triant Corporation.

AMD

Richard Deininger played a leading role behind the high levels of new manufacturing technologies in AMD's award winning Fabs in Austin and Dresden. His leadership left AMD with manufacturing capability at the forefront of the semiconductor manufacturing industry. He drove industry suppliers to ensure their roadmaps met the leading edge capabilities needed by AMD and by conducting operational reviews to help the suppliers succeed. His forte is in planning for future growth based on strong industry relationships and significant business experience.

Sematech

Richard was AMD's ETAB member from 1988 thru 1990. He was elected chairman in 1990. He was loaned to Sematech as Director of Manufacturing Systems Development where he drove innovation in software, process control, process equipment, Fab automation and supplier capability improvement. He conducted over 30 successful supplier operational reviews for both equipment and software companies in the US and Europe. He also provided a major US government national lab interface for Sematech.

Successful Executive IBM

He ran the Equipment Engineering function for IBM for 12 years. Over his 30 year IBM career, he also was Corp Director of Engineering planning at IBM HDQ's, Director of System Reliability Serviceability and Maintainability for S360/370 and Manager of Diagnostic and Recovery Management Engr.

Future Fab

Currently, Mr. Deininger consults with industry, is a guest editor for Future Fab and FEO online magazine, and has served on several SEMI committees.
