The activity scale has increased significantly with numerous potential clients calling and asking for proposals. It looks as if the continued diligent pursuit of clients in 2009 is going to payoff. The outlook is generally positive. We have extended our marketing reach by working closely with Conation Technologies, Ltd to reach a wider customer base. The year 2010 promises to be a very good year.
2009 was a year of retrenchment. However TDP’s partners were focused on developing new business with numerous potential clients, We were busy with engagements in the following endeavors:
Speakers included Ron Kessler, a leadership and executive coach, Ed
Goble, Associate Athletic Director at the University of Texas at Austin, and
Dr. Howard Prince, Director of the Center for Ethical Leadership at the LBJ
School of Public Policy. The show was aired the night before our General
Election, to focus listener thoughts on leadership before selecting this
most important of leadership positions. It is well worth 30 minutes' of
listening.

565 of you registered to attend our panel on Fab Productivity. The topical area of continuous improvement to Fab operations proved timely.
Many companies are under severe ASP pressure, and the best way to stay viable in that scenario is to aggressively manage the operation.
Our panel described the value of improvement, and provided specific information on two big ways to rapidly implement improvements in different Fab areas.
Three customers shared their experiences with both techniques.
Several of you requested a copy of the presentations; the links are below.
Additionally, we are in discussions with SEMI as to feasibility of conducting a webinar "reprise" of the panel, for those who were not able to come to the Show due to company travel restrictions. Stay tuned to this web page over the next week or so for further information on this webinar.
For those who attended, thank you for coming, and congratulations to William Kerr, the winner of the iPod giveaway!
Kind regards,
Dick & Becky

On Tuesday April 5, 2005 a new partnership was launched with a reception at the Headliners Club. Pike Powers, Fulbright and Jaworski, and Pete Winstead, Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, sponsored the event to help Becky Taylor and Richard Deininger introduce their new consultancy. 100 business and community leaders were treated to good food, good conversation and an opportunity to renew long term connections.
For three years Taylor-Deininger Partners have focused their activities on helping technology, software and manufacturing companies assess their operational productivity, in the process identifying ways to increase their profitability. These industry veterans with 75 years of industry experience have a solid record of success throughout their careers.
The partnership has provided multiple service lines: M&A advisory, information & manufacturing automation, technology strategy and forecasting, software engineering consulting. With an initial focus on manufacturing productivity, TD Partners worked with clients to assess current operational status, target three to five areas of improvement and recommended approaches to cost effectively address those issues. Following creation of a roadmap to operational excellence, TD Partners has accelerated the implementation of the roadmap by leveraging teams of highly experienced industry experts to implement the improvements.
The partnership is an affiliate of VLSI Research, the Santa Clara, CA industry forecasting group led by Dan Hutcheson. TD Partners has entered alliances with other organizations throughout 2005 - 2008.
